Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking a Platform Owner to provide technical leadership and ownership of Identity Governance & Administration capabilities. You will shape the strategy and roadmap, lead the operation and delivery of the Identity Governance services, and guide the ongoing development and migration plans for Microsoft Identity Manager.

The role can be based at the Kingfisher Head Office in Paddington or the B&Q Head Office near Southampton, with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office

Qualifications

• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and its components.
• Ability to shape technical roadmaps and lead platform improvements, modernization or replacement work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical roadmap for Identity Governance & Administration services.
• Lead engineering delivery for the Identity Governance platform.
• Guide development and operational health of Microsoft Identity Manager, including synchronisation services and workflows.
• Support migration plans to a future Identity Governance platform.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance and entitlements.
