Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to join its Platform Engineering team in London. You will build scalable telemetry pipelines, develop OpenTelemetry collectors, SDKs and exporters, and enhance Kubernetes observability and resilience across a high-velocity engineering environment.

You will work closely with Platform Engineering to drive automation, reliability, and platform maturity as part of a hands-on role shaping the OpenTelemetry strategy for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience building observability platforms and telemetry pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry, collectors, SDKs, and exporters.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes observability and reliability improvements.
• Experience collaborating with Platform Engineering teams to drive automation.
