Job summary

You will own and support enterprise platforms, focusing on stability, performance and reliability, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and bespoke internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Platform Support, IT Support or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 – F&O, CE and HCM.
• Troubleshoot complex application and platform issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems through to resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes.
• Support change, release and deployment activities.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage bugs, requirements and enhancements.
• Monitor platform health and help improve resilience.
• Work with third-party vendors and manage escalations.
• Support platform updates, patches and security improvements.
• Improve documentation, knowledge sharing and user self-service.
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement.
