Job summary

SSE plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to shape and enhance our CRM platform underpinning stakeholder management across a large organisation. You will design, build and integrate CRM solutions, aligning with business needs and ensuring scalability.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with business users, and support data integration across systems, while contributing to a reliable, secure and continuously improving Power Platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proven experience operating CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Experience with integrations and data management, including APIs.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for stakeholder management.
• Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for CRM and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Maintain CRM platform, including releases and performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
