Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Dynamics Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Engagement Platform solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll shape architecture, drive ALM, and mentor engineers while collaborating across stakeholders to deliver automated, scalable results.

You will implement Dataverse constructs, server-side extensions, and integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management, with emphasis on security and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions for customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to design secure, scalable architecture and drive ALM practices.
• Proven leadership in technical delivery and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Dynamics-based solutions.
• Plan and implement Dataverse data models, forms, and model-driven apps.
• Design server-side and client-side extensions with best practices and security.
• Define integration patterns using Azure services and ensure observability.
