Job summary

Key Group is seeking a Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms in the UK. You will drive the design, development and governance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, scalability and business alignment.

You will mentor teams, engage stakeholders and promote digital transformation through automation. Lead engineering across the Microsoft application estate, overseeing architecture, ALM, integrations and best practices to deliver enterprise-scale results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Dynamics 365.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance and best practices.
• Experience with API integrations, Azure services and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and SME for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Automate Desktop.
• Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise solutions, integrations and automations.
• Define and maintain platform architecture, development standards, governance and security controls.
• Support business teams in identifying opportunities to improve processes through digital transformation and automation.
• Lead solution design reviews, code reviews and technical assurance activities.
• Ensure effective ALM, DevOps practices and release management processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Establish and promote Power Platform governance, reusable components and development standards.
• Mentor developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
