Job summary

Loop Recruitment is seeking a Platform Engineer to help build, deploy and operate a scalable data-intensive platform supporting real-time workloads.

You will contribute to internal developer platforms, tooling, and automation, focusing on AWS infrastructure (EKS/ECS/Lambda), Kubernetes, and IaC using CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation. The role emphasizes CI/CD with GitHub Actions and observability via Datadog.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in AWS, Infrastructure as Code and containers/kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and moving from CircleCI to GitHub Actions.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Work on internal developer platforms, tooling and automation.
• Manage AWS infrastructure across EKS, ECS and Lambda.
• Migrate workloads onto EKS and continue IaC adoption with CDK/CloudFormation.
• Support engineers with infrastructure and production issues.
