Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Platform Engineer in London to build and operate multi-account AWS platforms powering our fintech products. You will join a Platform Engineering team of eight and partner with product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

This hands-on role emphasizes on-call reliability, platforms tooling, and safe deployments. You’ll work on Terraform/Terragrunt, Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability while enhancing self-service capabilities for engineering teams

Qualifications

Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes applications.
Experience with a cloud platform (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience with modern CI/CD tooling and on-call incident response.

Responsibilities

Build and operate the platform: AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Terragrunt, with support from the Platform Engineering team.
Help operate Kubernetes, GitOps and observability tooling in production.
Investigate and resolve platform issues, contributing to incident response and post-incident improvements.
Share an on-call rotation with the team.
Enable safe, fast delivery with progressive rollouts and safe rollbacks.
Contribute to CI/CD and developer tooling to improve the engineering experience.
