Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied domestic properties.
• Completing basic carpentry duties.
• Undertaking minor plumbing repairs.
• Completing basic tiling works to a good standard.
• Supporting the backlog repairs team across social housing properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally.
