Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Plasterer on a permanent basis to cover Peterborough and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes plastering, patch repairs and remedial work within social housing and property maintenance contexts.

Ideal candidates will hold NVQ Level 2 in Plastering, have previous plastering experience, and a valid UK driving licence. The position offers a company van, pension and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• A recognised plastering qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Previous plastering experience
• Experience with patch repairs and remedial work
• Tiling and wet wall experience
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally based in or around Peterborough

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering and decoration.
• Carry out solid plastering and skim coats.
• Patch holes and damaged surfaces, including decorative cornice.
• Carry out tiling and wet wall applications.
• Complete repairs to a high standard.
