Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and improvements.

• Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests in occupied social housing properties.
• Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs right first time.
• Ensure work complies with health & safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Log jobs, materials, and updates using handheld devices.
