This is a hands-on role focused on carrying out a range of plastering repairs and refurbishment works within vacant properties. From patch repairs and full room re-skims to making good following electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works, you'll play an important role in ensuring homes are safe, presentable and ready for occupation. Working as part of a dedicated voids team, you'll be responsible for delivering quality workmanship, meeting turnaround targets and maintaining high standards across Birmingham's housing stock. We're looking for someone with strong plastering experience, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting the job done right first time.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
