About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our Voids team in Birmingham
You’ll play a key role in refurbishing vacant properties, carrying out painting and decorating works to help bring homes back up to a high standard ready for new tenants. Working across a range of void properties, you’ll be responsible for surface preparation, decorating, minor remedial works, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands‑on role requiring attention to detail, strong workmanship, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the wider voids team.
