Mears Group PLC in Tower Hamlets is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our busy responsive repairs team. You will perform plastering repairs and finishes in occupied social housing properties, delivering high‑quality work with due regard to residents’ comfort and safety.
This full‑time role is 42.5 hours per week, includes a company van and fuel card, and requires you to patch walls, skim ceilings, and make good after other trades.
Annual salary: up to £37,597.46

You’ll be working across occupied properties, responding to day‑to‑day repair requests No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success.

You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including patch repairs, full wall skims, ceiling works, and making good following other trades. Working in residents’ homes requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful environment.
