Mears Group is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our responsive repairs team in Croydon. This hands-on role requires delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes in occupied social housing properties with attention to detail and professional conduct in residents’ homes.
You will handle patch repairs, full wall skim, ceiling works, and make-good tasks, working Monday to Friday with a company van and fuel card.
Annual salary: up to £39,235.00 Plasterer Location: Croydon Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £39,235.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) You’ll be working across occupied properties, responding to day-to-day repair requests No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Plasterer to join our growing team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Croydon. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes in occupied social housing properties. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including patch repairs, full wall skims, ceiling works, and making good following other trades. Working in residents’ homes requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful environment. With a steady flow of work and a strong focus on improving housing standards, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real impact in the community.
