Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Plant Technician to maintain and repair a wide range of construction plant and equipment across projects. You will work with an experienced team to service, fault-find and ensure equipment is reliable and ready for use, with opportunities to attend site breakdowns and contribute to maintenance records.

The role suits candidates with NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or military engineering experience, with a practical hands-on approach and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or related discipline.
• Military engineering experience or equivalent overseas qualifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair construction plant, tools and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is available and maintained to a high standard.
• Complete maintenance records and documentation.
• Attend sites to diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns.
