  • Help apprentices demonstrate their skills and knowledge through high-quality evidence and assessment activities that support successful programme completion.

  • Build strong working relationships with apprentices, military or civilian line managers, colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to support positive learner outcomes.

  • Use digital tools, e-portfolio systems, and online learning platforms to support effective and efficient delivery.

  • Maintain accurate learner records and complete progress reviews within agreed timescales and quality standards.

  • Take part in standardisation, team meetings, and Continuing Professional Development activities to support high-quality apprenticeship delivery.

  • Work flexibly across apprenticeship delivery programmes when required.

  • A relevant training, teaching, assessor, or mentor qualification.

  • The ability to support, motivate, and guide learners toward successful achievement.

  • Experience managing apprentice progress and supporting learners against targets.

  • Confidence using technology and digital platforms to support learning and development.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and written skills.

  • Good IT skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Competence or qualification in one or more of the following: Light or Medium Wheeled Tractor, wheeled or tracked Excavator, Crawler Tractor, or Dump Truck.

It would also be great if you have:
