Job summary

The Ashcourt Group is seeking a Plant Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of plant and equipment across multiple sites. You will maintain records, service, inspect, certify and move assets efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will work closely with the Plant Manager, operational teams, suppliers and transport providers to keep plant available, compliant and correctly recorded, enabling smooth movement across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience using Syrinx or similar plant/asset management system.
• Experience coordinating plant, equipment, vehicles or transport movements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate plant and equipment records and documentation.
• Schedule servicing, inspections and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate plant movements between sites and with suppliers.
• Liaise with internal teams and transport providers.
• Assist Plant Manager with purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER requirements.
• Operate Syrinx and ensure data is uploaded correctly.
