POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, P&L, leadership, and management of the designated facility. Ensures the facility maintains environmental and regulatory compliance standards and operates in a safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster a culture that promotes a safe work environment through the development and implementation of safety plans and training; maintain environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proactively deliver financial results in line with the operations budget and company goals.
- Improve employee relations by building a healthy organization and promoting a culture of respect consistent with company values.
- Drive change by challenging the status quo and developing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Create an operating cadence (rhythm) that utilizes appropriate tools, incorporates clear communication, and ensures accountability for business results.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to move throughout all plant areas, including catwalks, deck grating, uneven surfaces, and ladders.
- Talking, hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, climbing, and walking.
- Subject to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
- Potential hazards include proximity to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical currents, working on scaffolding and high places, and exposure to high heat or bio-solids.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when responding to emergency call-outs.
- Legally able to travel to the USA or other countries as required.
