Job summary

Unify is recruiting a Hire Desk Controller for their Low Moor site in Bradford. The role involves coordinating plant hire and off-hire activities, providing excellent customer service, and guiding customers to select the correct equipment.

Your day-to-day will include handling a high volume of hires, producing reports, and offering accurate quotations while ensuring records are up to date. A strong team player with IT proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Plant Machinery / Equipment.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hiring / Off hiring plant equipment from customers
• Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
• Complete customer reports, revenue reports and ensure correct information is provided.
• Completing quotations
• Keeping Live Hire / Closed Hire files updated
• Providing excellent advice and guidance to ensure correct equipment is hired
