Job Description:

We are recruiting a Plant Fitter/Service Engineer for a leading plant hire company based in Cookstown.

Suitable candidates will need mechanical experience with plant machinery, such as access equipment, forklifts, diggers, etc.

Both workshop and field service options are available.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5pm and Friday 7.30am - 4pm, with Saturdays on a rota paid at overtime 1.5 rates.

The Role:

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and powered access machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Uphold safety and maintenance standards in all tasks
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and success
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Utilize strong mechanical skills for precision and reliability
• Maintain equipment quality and performance
• Work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
