Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Asset Reliability Lead for the Birmingham site to drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will lead maintenance teams, implement PM strategies, and guide a plant-wide change journey in automation projects with a focus on reliability and cost optimization.

The role requires strong engineering background, TPM/LEAN/Six Sigma experience, and the ability to coach and develop managers while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in TPM and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Strong coaching/leadership of maintenance teams and engineers.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic facilities road map and operating plan.
• Lead maintenance teams and drive PM/CBM and reliability improvements.
• Coach managers, manage budgets, and ensure safety/governance.
