You will develop, maintain, and continually improve maintenance systems and procedures to deliver better performance, safety, quality, and cost outcomes.

Reporting to the Section Lead, you will lead safety programmes, plan outages, coach engineers and technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Experience driving maintenance improvements and safety across manufacturing operations.

• Lead safety programmes and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve maintenance strategies and SMPs across the section.
• Plan significant maintenance outages and major re-life activities.
• Coach engineers and apprentices, ensuring upskilling.
