Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established business on the outskirts of Colchester in their search for a Planning Coordinator. In this varied role, you will coordinate schedules, resolve delivery queries and support the smooth running of planning and operational processes.

You will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, liaising with internal departments, maintaining accurate information in systems and ensuring timely sharing of essential planning data.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Planning Team.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules and deliveries.
• Help resolve delivery queries and respond to changing requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure essential planning information is shared accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems.
