Job summary

Just Recruitment is supporting a well-established business on the outskirts of Colchester in its search for a Planning Coordinator. You will coordinate schedules, resolve delivery queries and support planning and operations to run smoothly.

The role involves production planning support, communicating with customers about orders and deliveries, resolving delivery issues, and liaising with internal teams to keep information accurate across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to manage multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Planning Team.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules and deliveries.
• Help resolve delivery queries and respond to changing requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure essential planning information is shared accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems.
