Job summary

M Group Water (Network Infrastructure) Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of their schemes from Mains Renewal to PMVs. You will coordinate processes, documentation and project controls across the lifecycle, working with the Project Enablement Team to maintain permits, trackers and compliance records.

You will collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to monitor progress, support governance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently

• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective stakeholder engagement to build positive relationships with project leads.
• Experience with or familiarity of street manager works permitting.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership to drive tasks to completion.

This role will be within our M Group Water (Network Infrastructure) Limited - Our teams deliver various schemes from Mains Renewal, Diversions and PMVs all in aid of supporting the UU clean water network.

What will you be doing?

You’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by coordinating processes, documentation, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle. Working as part of the Project Enablement Team, you’ll ensure street work permits, project documentation, trackers, and compliance records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Collaborating closely with project manager and delivery teams, you will help monitor progress, support governance activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client Stage Gate requirements, from mobilisation through to successful completion.
