GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ollerton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our site.

You will identify opportunities to boost productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service by analyzing performance against KPIs and coaching teams in best practices. The role involves implementing change initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, and driving sustainable improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results.
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site.
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations.
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing.
