Job Description:

Role: Planning and Logistics Manager

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule, coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Plan bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
• Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
• Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to align production with sales forecasts.
• Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve delivery complaints from customers.
• Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the business.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
• Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time and In Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
