Job Description:

Role: Planning and Logistics Manager

Report to: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.

You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer orders through effective communication and planning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning all bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Liaising with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
• Communicating with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock based on sales forecasts.
• Collaborating with the Sales Department to align on sales forecasts.
• Managing logistics companies to meet delivery requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigating customer delivery complaints.
• Ensuring all export customs documentation is accurate.
• Performing other tasks as required by the business.

Skills and experience:

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
• Experience in managing KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.
