Job Description:

Role: Planning and Logistics Manager

Report to: Senior Operations Manager

Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all orders are planned into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Finance regarding stock levels and sales forecasts.
  • Manage logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
  • Ensure customs documentation accuracy for exports.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with Sage 200.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of BRC standards.
  • Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
