Job Description:

Job role: Planning and Logistics Manager

Report to: Senior Operations Manager

Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.

The role involves ensuring that orders are integrated into the production plan and managing the logistics of pickups and deliveries efficiently through effective communication and planning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning all bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinating with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate stock records on SAGE 200.
• Communicating with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
• Collaborating with the Sales Department to align on sales forecasts.
• Managing logistics companies to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Investigating customer delivery complaints.
• Ensuring all export customs documentation is accurate.
• Performing any other tasks reasonably required by the business.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
• Experience monitoring KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
