Job Description:

We are seeking a Planning and Logistics Manager responsible for coordinating production planning and logistics for our gluten-free oats products. The role involves ensuring timely production scheduling, liaising with third-party packers and logistics providers, maintaining stock levels in SAGE 200, and managing export documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 200, data analysis skills, and knowledge of BRC standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with third-party packers and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock records in SAGE 200.
• Communicate with senior management, finance, and sales to align forecasts and stock levels.
• Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Investigate customer delivery complaints.
• Prepare correct customs documentation for exports.
• Perform other duties as required.
