As a Planning Admin Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting weekly trade reports and identifying opportunities to drive the department
  • Providing analytics to support future assortment planning
  • Data entry and support with products, pricing, and promotions, ensuring reporting accuracy
  • Managing purchase orders: liaising with suppliers, raising orders, and maintaining order details
  • Forecasting and managing line orders
  • Maintaining delivery and launch trackers
  • Performing general administration tasks within the department
  • Managing markdowns and promotional pricing

The must-haves for this role include:

  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Grade B or above in GCSE Maths
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • A flexible, can-do attitude
