As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work alongside our strategy and content teams to support and manage social media accounts for clients in the crypto and blockchain space. You’ll help plan, create, and post content across multiple platforms, while engaging with communities and staying on top of industry trends.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in developing and executing content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Create engaging, on-brand social media copy tailored to crypto/Web3 audiences.
• Schedule posts and manage daily activity across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor engagement and community activity, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions.
• Stay up to date on crypto trends, memes, and emerging social tactics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related role (freelance/internship experience counts).
• Solid understanding of the major social platforms and how to tailor content for each.
• Strong written English skills and an eye for visual content.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, and emerging tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity is key).
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience using tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.
• Familiarity with community management on Discord or Telegram.
• Knowledge of meme culture, crypto Twitter, and niche Web3 communities.
