Templer HomeBuild is recruiting a Planner/Scheduler in Newton Abbot to manage residential repairs and refurbishment bookings for Teign Housing. You’ll handle outbound calls to residents for essential compliance testing, coordinate with trades, and maintain service levels with a robust scheduling system.
The role requires proven planning experience, strong IT skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, independent mindset.

As aPlanner/Scheduler,you are part of a small, friendly, and efficient team based in Newton Abbot and you’ll enjoy the dynamics of working within afast paced and everchanging working day, working to SLAs and KPIs, striving always to achieve the beast housing repairs service possible to our customers (Teign Housing residents).
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that share a genuine ‘working together’ ethos and passion for doing things ‘right’ to deliver and achieve as a team.
