Templer Homebuild is looking for a Lead Building Surveyor to join its expanding Building Safety and Technical team based in Newton Abbot.
You'll provide integral technical leadership across a wide range of workstreams; including planned investment works, responsive repairs, and void property refurbishments.
Working closely with Building and compliance Surveyors, operational, commercial, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure the communities' homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
