United Infrastructure is seeking a Planner to join our Property Services team. In this role you will prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure deadlines are met, and liaise with clients and the wider team to share updates daily.
You will use Microsoft Project and similar software, bring 2+ years of administration experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
