Job summary

United Infrastructure in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Planner to support project delivery. You will prepare, review and monitor appointments and completions, liaising with the client and wider team to ensure deadlines are met and updates are communicated clearly.

This role is predominantly about managing subcontractor works, processing updates re appointments/visits, and maintaining the pipeline of works (WIP) with subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis. This role is predominantly required to manage subcontractor works, processing updates r.e appointments/visits, completion records, managing pipeline of works (WIP) with subcontractors and more.
