Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Planner to support our two business areas in UK infrastructure projects, coordinating appointments, visits and completions to meet deadlines. You will liaise with clients and the wider team, manage emails and phone calls daily, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-focused environment with immediate interview for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant administration experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Clear, proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timelines.
Understanding of building regulations is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and completions to ensure deadlines are met.
Liaise with clients and the wider team, keeping all relevant parties informed of updates.
Make contact via email and telephone daily to coordinate schedules and progress.
