Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Planner to coordinate appointments, visits and completions, ensuring deadlines are met while liaising with clients and the wider project team.

The role requires at least 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency with MS Project and strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

  • Liaising with client and wider team; informing parties of latest updates.
  • Contact via email and telephone daily.
  • Assist with scheduling and project documentation.

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
