Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Planned Programme Manager for a well-established social housing organisation in Central London. You will lead delivery of planned maintenance and capital works programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role emphasizes contractor and stakeholder management, asset data analysis, and driving sustainability initiatives. A relevant qualification in construction or project management is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering planned maintenance or capital investment programmes in social housing or residential property.
  • Strong contractor, budget and programme management skills.
  • Knowledge of asset management, planned maintenance and stock condition data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualification in construction, building surveying, project management, housing, asset management or related discipline.
  • Desirable: PRINCE2, IOSH or NEBOSH certification.

Planned Programme Manager – An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, resident-focused social housing organisation in Central London. You will lead the delivery of planned maintenance and capital investment programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of planned maintenance and capital works programmes.
  • Manage contractors, consultants and project performance.
