About Our Client

Yorkshire based Housing Association, looking for an experienced maintenance manager to focus on their planned works.

Job Description
  1. To lead on the development and delivery of the Association's Homes Strategy ensuring it supports business plan values, success factors and objectives.
  2. Identifying and delivering a strategic approach to stock condition, asset data management, returns on investment and investment planning (planned maintenance).
  3. To support the management of development schemes and the performance of professional partners in the delivery of new developments.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Experience implementing business and strategic plans and delivering results.
  2. Experience of managing stock condition data.
  3. Experience of undertaking return on investment asset appraisals.
  4. Experience of managing construction and maintenance related projects from concept stage to practical completion and defects liability periods.
