Porsche Cars Great Britain invites a placement-year student to join the Events team at the Reading site. You will support the delivery of Porsche Experience Centre events, including tours, client proposals, budgets and on-site coordination.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth event execution. The role involves heavy collaboration, regular meetings with the Event Manager, and involvement in the centre's social media and scheduling systems.

Qualifications

• Studying Events Management at undergraduate level.
• Basic PC literacy including MS-Office, Excel and Word.
• Strong English (spoken and written).
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility tours where necessary and when required.
• Prepare client proposals and initial budgets.
• Assist in producing working documents for each event.
• Be the key contact for clients during on-site events.
• Assist with logistics and delivery of incentive and conference events.
• Maintain event systems and liaise with external suppliers.
• Perform daily venue checks and room set-ups.
• Input to Porsche Cars GB systems, including CAP.
• Coordinate meetings with other departments and update calendars.
• Assist in social media usage for Experience Centres.
• Liaise with internal departments and manage training bookings.
• Participate in the Intern Project and training at head office.
