Porsche Retail Group offers a 12-month Placement Year in Reading within the Business Development team to support growth, enhance customer engagement, and drive profitability across the customer journey.

The role starts August 2027 and is for an undergraduate student. You will provide general admin support, assist with data reporting from PRG systems (Insights, eMax, CitNOW), support training logistics, and help with market research and documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to work quickly with a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Data management and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Development, including correspondence and meeting coordination.
• Support generating and compiling reports from PRG systems such as Insights, eMax, and CitNOW.
• Assist in process mapping initiatives and documentation.
• Maintain the supplier contracts database with accurate documentation and reporting.
• Assist with project research and market/product analysis.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendances, materials, and track participation.
• Develop training materials and presentations; collect feedback for improvements.
• Support the Risk Management and Compliance teams with report gathering and monitoring.
