Ouseburn Farm is seeking an enthusiastic Programme Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our inclusive programmes in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support and develop the staff team, and help shape the future of our provision, while collaborating with participants, families and partner organisations to create progression opportunities.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Ouseburn Farm.

Our inclusive programmes provide meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities and additional needs to develop skills, build confidence, increase independence and work towards their personal goals, all within the unique environment of our working city farm.

As Programme Lead, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, support and develop our staff team, and help shape the future of our provision. You’ll also work with participants, families, carers and partner organisations to create opportunities for progression, including pathways towards employment and greater independence.

This is an exciting time to join the Farm, with opportunities to develop new programmes, build partnerships and contribute to our plans for the coming years.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience of leading or coordinating programmes for people with learning disabilities, difficulties or autism. You’ll have a strong commitment to inclusion and person-centred support, experience of managing or supporting a team, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical, hands‑on delivery.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who shares our belief in the value of meaningful opportunities and wants to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
