Groundwork Cheshire Lancashire & Merseyside is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the delivery of our Jobs Guarantee Programme in Blackpool, helping young people overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment, education and training. This is more than programme management.

Lead a high-performing team, influence strategic partnerships with employers and local stakeholders, and make a lasting difference to the lives of young people across Blackpool.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strategic management experience essential.
• Experience delivering large employment/skills programmes preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and partner engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic delivery of a flagship employment programme.
• Lead a dedicated team of Employment Facilitators and Job Broker.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, commissioners and key partners.
• Monitor performance, quality and continuous improvement measures.
• Drive outcomes that improve lives and strengthen communities.
