You will support and develop the staff team, and help shape the future of our provision, while collaborating with participants, families and partner organisations to create progression opportunities.

• Experience leading or coordinating programmes for people with learning disabilities, difficulties or autism.
• Strong commitment to inclusion and person-centred support.
• Experience managing or supporting a team; ability to combine strategy with hands-on delivery.
