The University of Reading is seeking a skilled placements professional to support curriculum-based placement preparation, guidance, and engaging workshops for students. You will collaborate with Placement Tutors, Careers Consultants and academics to drive employability and readiness for the workplace.

Working closely with Placement Tutors, Careers Consultants and academic colleagues, the Placement Coordination Team, within which this role sits, supports students through curriculum-based placement preparation, one-to-one guidance, and engaging workshops and events. We are looking for a skilled careers professional with experience of placements, employability and early careers development.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, and a genuine commitment to supporting students to build their employability, confidence and readiness for the workplace as part of a team.
