Job summary

AWD online is hiring a Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager in Swansea to lead busy shifts, oversee pizza preparation and uphold high standards of hospitality. Based at the Swansea venue, you will also influence standards across additional South Wales kitchens, coordinating food safety, training, rotas and communications.

The role requires genuine pride in quality food, hands-on leadership, and the ability to deliver warm, personalised guest experiences in a growing independent operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead busy shifts by coordinating people and priorities
• Prepare pizzas to recipes and maintain portion/presentation standards
• Support other kitchen locations through regular visits and guidance
• Train and coach colleagues on pizza prep, kitchen practices and safety
• Manage rotas and cover, and flag recruitment needs
• Maintain HACCP-based procedures, allergens controls and hygiene checks
• Promote warm hospitality and strong customer experience
