Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right people at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand standards and safety.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
